Xeon Multicore 5000 Sequence Processors

Xeon 5000/5100 are two-way dual-core processors. All have EM64T Technology (Intel 64 Bit) and Intel® Virtualization Technology. Xeon 5300 Are quad-core (QC) two-way processors. Note on heatsink types: (see this picture also)

1U Passive / 2U+ Active combination = This is a standard copper heatsink with a fan on top, the fan can be removed to add make it 1U passive for 1U rackmount
